GIULIANO GEMMA

In spite of his almost otherwordly good looks, Giuliano Gemma became a star in a genre that didn't show off his aristocratic features or dazzling physique to their fullest advantage: the spaghetti western.
PICKING UP ACTING AND STYLE TIPS AT THE FEET OF MARCELLO MASTROIANNI
After the spaghetti western craze died in the 1970's, Gemma continued to make films, stretching his range and earning the respect of critics along the way. He also belatedly took up fine arts sculpture, gaining quite a reputation in the field. Today, as he enters his seventh decade, Giuliano Gemma is still remarkably handsome, and still able to charm young starlets like Natalie Portman (with his wife presumably resigned to the fact that her husband will always be a chick magnet).
We'd like to wish Signor Gemma a very Happy Birthday, our little tribute to a man who could keep all of his balls in the air (and our legs, should he so desire).
