Porn superstar, musical theater impresario, Mr. Margaret Whiting, and all-around nice guy Jack Wrangler is dead at age 62 from lung disease. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Ms. Whiting and all of Jack's family and friends. We truly have lost an icon.
